How do I return or exhange an Item for a refund?
To return or exchange an item for refund, simply call (888)563-2859 or email to drapersfitness@bellsouth.net regarding your intention to return a product(s). You will be given a return authorization number and instructions on where to ship the product. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, in unused and in original packaging. FAILING TO GET AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID YOUR RETURN.
Can I create an account to remember my address?
For security and privacy reasons we do not store your information on our servers. If you return to purchase, just use the Auto-Fill option in your browser to quickly and easily enter your info again.
How long does it take to process my order?
Allow 3-5 business days for receipt within the United States. Most orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail. Orders over $200.00 will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. If you need Overnight or International Shipping...Please contact us for a rate. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Due to the large number of items we deal with, processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate shipping source, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the transit time from the warehouse to your shipping address.
How can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that your order is sent to the warehouse as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once the order is processed, it may not be possible to stop the shipment.
