Exchange / Returns Policy
You may return items purchased on our web site within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange for another product. Simply call (888) 563-2859 or email to drapersfitness@bellsouth.net regarding your intention to return a product(s). You will be given a return authorization number and instructions on where to ship the product. Just make sure returned items are in like-new condition in original packaging and you contact us in advance by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Failing to get a Return Authorization Number will void your return.

Unless otherwise requested, all domestic shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail (Delivery Time Average 2-3 days). Orders over $200.00 will be shipped via UPS Ground Service.
